We are very open to hear from you, if have any troubled to use a particular product or service. We provide service warranty 30 days from the delivery date. In this particular time if you face any issue, you can defiantly contact with us.
We have expert team to handle this kind of unexpected issues. They will hear from you and resolve your problem or settlement within 7 business day.
The Refund and Return Process
If any of our customer found issue in our service or product, we would love to hear from this particular customer and try our best for this customer.
Customer open a request directly our email or phone call or contact us page, we will review it then if needed we will repair/ fix the problem as soon as possible maximum 7 business day.
In case we are unable to fix the issue, we process to issue a 100% refund . The refund process take time depend on payment gateway that used to paid for the particular product.
Please Notes:
We never accept any request after 30 days of delivery.
We only issue refund if we are not able to fix the bug /issues from our end.
Replacement
We offer replacement the product if the purchased/ delivered product not as described. Customer need to open a request to our support team.
